Hi I’m Kim! I was born and raised in Matagorda, TX, a small town in the United States. After completing my high school education, I joined the United States Army and proudly served as a unit supply specialist and completed one tour in Afghanistan, OEF. Following my time in the military, I pursued my passion for hairstyling and have been working in this field since 2019. I am now located in the heart of Bay City, TX and have my own salon suite! I am passionate about my work as a hairstylist and take great pride in providing exceptional service to my clients. I specialize in Natural Color/Blended Color services! If you’re looking for a change from big to small I’m your girl! When you sit in my chair you can expect to feel heard, valued and included during the entirety of the appointment (& even after). With that in mind, know that when you’re in my chair, I am focused solely on you. I do not “double book” or “fit” clients into OUR time together. I offer a variety of services: •Hair Cutting/Shaping •Color Services •Lightening Services •Extensions •Waxing Services Aside from my professional life, I am also a dedicated mother to two wonderful boys. They bring so much joy and meaning to my life. On top of that, I am happily engaged and looking forward to embarking on a new chapter with my fiancé. Thanks for getting to know me! Please note that this deposit is non-refundable and can only be rescheduled once. Additionally, you will be required to answer a few questions before your appointment. Failure to complete these requirements within 48 hours before the appointment may result in the loss of your appointment slot.
CANCELLATION POLICY
48 Hour Cancellation Policy My salon operates with a 48-hour cancellation policy to ensure efficient scheduling and accommodate my valued clients. I give a 20 minute grace period before considering you a no-show. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you notify me at least 48 hours in advance. This allows me to offer the vacant slot to another client who may be on my waiting list. If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied. All deposits are non-refundable. This fee helps cover the costs associated with the staff's time and efforts to prepare for your visit. Exceptions will be made in case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we will do our best to work with you accordingly. To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact our Kimberly Smith at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled time. All deposits are forfeited if you do not cancel within the 48 hours and can not be put toward your next appointment. All cancellation fees must be paid in full before booking your next appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a smooth operation at our salon.
